Desmarto does not send calculator inputs, Workspace notes and layouts, Live Work sessions, agenda items, saved results, or Display Studio configurations to a Desmarto database. These features are processed and stored locally in your browser.

Browser local storage and IndexedDB can hold layouts, notes, session history, boards, playlists, preferences, saved results, countdowns, finance goals, and similar feature data. Clearing site data, using private browsing, changing browser profiles, or losing the device can remove it.

Desmarto uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate page and feature usage. Google Consent Mode v2 applies region-specific defaults: analytics storage starts denied for visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland. When a configured Google-certified consent message is presented, their choice can update those settings. Outside those regions, the global analytics default is active unless another applicable control or browser setting limits measurement. Analytics is configured without Google signals or ad-personalization signals.

Google may process technical information such as page location, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interaction events. Desmarto does not intentionally send calculator values, Workspace notes, Live Work entries, or other locally saved content to Google Analytics.

Desmarto uses Meta Pixel ID 3987398141553478 to measure visits and page views connected with advertising campaigns and to evaluate campaign performance. Meta Pixel is not loaded until it has been separately allowed through the control in the Cookie Policy.

When enabled, Meta may receive the visited page URL, time of visit, browser and device information, IP-derived information, and Meta cookie identifiers. Desmarto does not intentionally send calculator inputs, Workspace notes, Live Work entries, or other locally saved content to Meta. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

Desmarto uses Google AdSense to fund the site. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies, local storage, IP addresses, device information, and advertising identifiers to deliver, limit, and measure ads.

Where configured and applicable, advertising consent or opt-out choices may be handled through Google privacy messages. If full advertising consent is not available, Google may serve limited ads where eligible. The available ad experience can depend on your location, consent or opt-out choice, browser settings, and Google's policies. You can review Google's handling of information in its partner sites policy.

If you use a weather-enabled display, the selected coordinates and time zone are sent through Desmarto's server route to Open-Meteo to retrieve current weather. Desmarto applies a short cache and rate limit to this route.

The site's hosting and delivery providers process ordinary connection data needed to serve and secure the website, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, user agent, and error or security logs.

Vercel Speed Insights receives browser performance measurements, including page timing and Core Web Vitals, so Desmarto can diagnose site speed. Desmarto does not intentionally send calculator inputs, Workspace notes, or other locally saved content with these performance measurements.

If you email us, we use the message and your email address to respond, keep necessary correspondence, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not add contact addresses to a marketing list without separate permission.

You can use any Google privacy controls presented to you and disable Meta Pixel in the Cookie Policy. Desmarto does not currently provide a footer control to reopen a Google consent message. Browser settings can remove or block cookies and local storage, although deleting essential local storage also removes saved Desmarto data.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing of personal data held by the controller. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Contact companyboxed@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
