How this display works

Every design is a structurally different composition, not just another color. Switch with arrow keys or swipe, open Settings for seconds, time format and the text-color palette, and press F for fullscreen. When a mobile browser blocks native fullscreen, Desmarto opens the same design in an immersive browser view instead. Choices are stored only on this device.

Atmospheric clocks with live weather — sky field and observatory panel, powered by Open-Meteo.

Clock with Weather pairs time with live atmospheric context. Temperature, wind and daylight come from Open-Meteo via a server-side route — cached, rate-limit safe and with attribution — and gracefully hide when unavailable instead of inventing numbers.

  • Rooms where the sky's state matters more than the forecast
  • Planning outdoor time around real daylight
  • A calmer alternative to busy weather widgets

How to use it

  1. Open the page; the Ambient Landscape tints with the time of day.
  2. Observatory lists daylight facts for the reference location, labeled as such.
  3. Seconds, 12/24-hour, backgrounds and palette live in Settings.

Devices

Ambient Landscape is happiest on large wide screens; Observatory reads well on tablets near a window or door.

Customization

Seconds, 12/24-hour, Light/Dark, favorite, text-color palette, local custom background, and live weather location (your location, Ljubljana, London, New York) with provider attribution.

Fullscreen behavior

Fullscreen keeps the atmosphere and live weather; Escape returns here.

Privacy

A chosen background image is local-only (IndexedDB) and never leaves your browser. Weather location is stored locally and only sent to the server-side weather route.

Honest limitations

Weather data from Open-Meteo, cached 5 minutes, rate-limit safe. When unavailable, the weather slot hides and daylight facts remain. No fabricated values.
