How this display works

Every design is a structurally different composition, not just another color. Switch with arrow keys or swipe, open Settings for seconds, time format and the text-color palette, and press F for fullscreen. When a mobile browser blocks native fullscreen, Desmarto opens the same design in an immersive browser view instead. Choices are stored only on this device.

What is Fullscreen Clock?

Six immersive clock scenes built to fill a wall, a TV or an idle tablet — including photo scenes that accept your own local image.

Fullscreen Clock is the studio's room display: compositions meant to read across a space, from a signature photo scene to abstract fields and a black serif night mode. Every scene supports the fullscreen shell, and all six accept a locally processed custom background image.

Best for

  • A TV or projector showing ambient time in a shared room
  • A spare tablet or second monitor on a shelf
  • Nighttime use with the pure-black Serif Night scene

How to use it

  1. Open the page and press F (or the Fullscreen button) to fill the screen.
  2. Cycle scenes with ← / → or swipe until the room feels right.
  3. Open Settings → Local image to use your own photo — processed only on this device.
  4. Controls auto-hide after a few seconds; move the pointer or tap to bring them back.

Devices

Best on tablets, TVs, projectors and secondary monitors in landscape. Serif Night and Midnight Photo are kind to OLED panels and dark rooms.

Customization

Seconds, 12/24-hour, Light/Dark, favorite design, text-color palette, and a custom background with fit, focal point, dim, blur and a contrast overlay on every scene.

Fullscreen behavior

This product is designed around fullscreen: chrome hides, controls auto-hide, and both Escape and the exit button bring you back to this page with your scene intact.

Privacy

Your background photo never leaves the browser. It is resized locally, stored in IndexedDB on this device, and shown only to you.

Honest limitations

The scenes show truthful local time and Ljubljana-reference daylight where a sun marker exists — no live weather feed is connected.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use my own photo behind the clock?

Yes — Settings → Local image. Choose, replace or remove it anytime, or reset to the bundled photo. Fit, focus, dim, blur and contrast are all adjustable.

Will the controls stay visible all the time?

No. In fullscreen the dock fades after a few idle seconds so the scene stays clean. Move the pointer or touch the screen to reveal it.

Which scene is best for a dark bedroom?

Serif Night — pure black field, restrained type, zero glare. Midnight Photo is a softer second choice.

Do the sun-rise/sunset markers follow my location?

They currently reflect a Ljubljana reference and are labeled as such. For other timezones the sun markers hide rather than show wrong numbers.

Is there an OLED-safe option?

Serif Night renders mostly true black. For a dedicated always-on protector see Clock Screensaver.
