How is the overlap calculated?
Every hour of the day (UTC) is checked against each timezone. Hours where all participants are within working hours are counted as overlap.
Can I add more timezones?
Yes. Add as many timezones as needed using the Add button. Each will be checked for overlap.
How are working hours configured?
Use the dropdowns to set your standard working hours. Default is 9:00 to 17:00.
Is DST handled?
Yes. All times use IANA timezone data with automatic DST adjustments.
Does the page update live?
Times update every minute to reflect the current time in each timezone.
Can I see individual participants' times?
Yes. Each timezone shows the current local hour with a business hours indicator (green dot = within working hours).
